EZ BeaderHere's a clever new item available at the Ewe. It's called an EZ Beader. It's a cross between a needle magnet and a Tacky Bob. Pull back the clear covering and it's sticky on the top so your beads won't fall off. If you like to do beading, and you work on a scroll frame or stretcher bars, you'll want to check this out. It puts your beads right there in front of you. $10 Very clever. Replacement "sticky pads" available for $.70.

the first in the series and I've given new homes to several of them. As you can see they are multiplying. team up for the latest Mystery Sampler Club.
Mystery Samplers seem to be a hit. First, With Thy Needle and Thread and then La D Da....and now Lizzie Kate has her own Mystery. This mysterious sampler will have a Halloween theme and include several fall motifs like pumpkins, candy corn, sunflowers, blackbird, black cat, acorns, haunted house and leaves. There will be 3 parts (the 1st part in June, the 2nd in July and the 3rd in August). All three designs will fit together to form a tall, spooky piece. Each chart will come with it's own embellishments and a bonus design. NO PHOTO...so the mystery will remain one until the end. Weeks Dye Works is even releasing a new floss color exclusively for the mystery sampler. In order to receive this color (and finish the mystery), you must order the thread pack for the sampler. The pack includes 19 skeins of Weeks Dye Works threads (one is the new color). The fabric being used is a 30ct. Weeks Dye Works linen. The color is unknown and will remain a mystery until the first part releases. However, we have heard that the color is bright and easy to stitch on. The stitch count for the main design is 95w x 238h and each bonus design will havea stitch count of 50w x 50h.
Who can resist a mystery...and a Halloween design on top of that? There should be enough time to have it ready for Halloween if you sign up for the "club". Let us know if you would like to sign up and whether or not you'd like the thread pack and fabric. Remember, one color in the thread pack is only available in the pack and will not be available individually until September. Let us know ASAP.

A Schoolgirl's Book of Needle Worke
is a book with 12 woolie pages and 24 designs, issued on a monthly basis: Each chart pack includes woolie page,
charts and finishing instructions. It's been out since January but I'm really starting to like this one now that it's almost half done. I have a few people signed up but can easily add more. This month is my favorite and is what really convinced me. How about you?
